We’ve been eating bbq once a month, for 18 months, and this ranks very, very high on the list. Brisket so tender I almost couldn’t pick up with my fingers. Chicken was seasoned well and so juicy. Sides are not typical but delicious! Charred corn salad was yummy and so were brisket beans. Food was hot! Customer service top-notch. Do I need to say more?

This place is fantastic! We tried it for the first time last week and we are official converts. My BBQ snob husband has replaced Franklin’s with Pustka’s in his top spot. The brisket is spot on perfect and the sides...oh my. The elotes are heavenly. The potato salad, jalapeño slow, and beans are fantastic too. I almost hate to put out the word about this place, but they deserve the recognition.

If you're a real bbq fan, you gotta catch this place open. Brisket is amazing. Everything on the pit comes off consistently amazing. I've been here alot and the food is consistent. Grade A each time. I don't usually go nuts over sides.....but you gotta try the potato salad and the corn salad. Two must have from now on. Come see them and tell them Chris Santellano sent you.
