Our Story
The story of our BBQ journey traces back to my childhood, when my father came home one day with a trailer-mounted smoker. With determination and a willingness to experiment, he soon became a master of the barbecue craft, igniting my own lifelong passion for smoky, tender goodness.

Family, Food, and Fellowship
Raised in a home that was always filled with guests, a love for hosting and entertaining was instilled in me from a young age. My affinity for food started early, too—whether it was joining my grandmother on grocery trips or perched on the kitchen counter watching my grandparents cook, those were the moments that made me who I am today.

Culinary Journey
Post-high school, I realized traditional college wasn’t my calling. A couple of years later, I enrolled in culinary school to study classic French cooking techniques. I climbed the ranks in the world of fine dining, eventually earning the title of Executive Chef. Yet after a decade in upscale restaurants, and as life began to expand with a family of my own, I yearned for a change.

A New Chapter
In 2017, I persuaded my parents to partner with me in launching a food trailer business. Since then, we’ve experienced six incredible years, and we’re thrilled to be laying the foundation for our very own brick-and-mortar restaurant. Initially, our culinary adventure started in Hutto, TX. In July 2022, we took a significant step and relocated the business to Temple, Texas.
